If you’d like a specific color that isn’t shown, please send us a message through the Contact Page. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request based on available materials. Please note that special requests may require additional time to fulfill.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Our standard turnaround time is 5-7 days from the time your order is placed to when it is prepared for pickup, local delivery, or handed off to the shipping carrier.

  • Pickup/Delivery: We'll contact you once your order is ready to arrange pickup or local delivery.

  • Shipping: Once your order has been shipped, delivery times will vary based on the carrier’s schedule and are beyond our control.

What materials are used in your signs?

Our marquee sign bases and inserts are 3D-printed using durable PLA plastic, designed to be lightweight yet sturdy. The fairy lights are powered by a USB rechargeable power bank for easy use.

Are your signs safe to use?

Our signs are designed for indoor use only. For safety, please use the included electronics responsibly and avoid leaving the sign powered on unattended for extended periods.

What if my order arrives damaged or isn’t working properly?

We carefully inspect all items before shipping, but if your order arrives damaged or your electronics are not functioning properly, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
